Questions and answers
Will it still feel like mine?
That is where Laura starts. A Room Refresh is up to 4 hours rearranging the furniture, art and textiles you already own before anything is bought, and a Room Board is built round the pieces you keep.
Who buys the pieces?
You do, from any shops you choose, at the shop's price. Sample pots, furniture and decorations are never inside Laura's prices, and nothing is bought for you.
If a list ever carries a link that earns Laura a commission, it is marked "Ad" up front. Your budget, your shops
Is travel included?
Travel is explained beside the prices once Laura sets it.
What if I don't like the board?
A Room Board includes one round of changes, made within 5 working days, and a 30-minute walkthrough call to talk it through.
Can Laura see the room in its own light?
Yes. A Colour Visit is up to 90 minutes at home, placing sample patches on the right walls, and then a check of your morning and evening photos.
Does it have to be done in person?
No. The Colour Plan and the Room Board are both done by video, from your photos and measurements, for you to carry out.
Can Laura do more than one room?
Yes. A Styling Day is up to 7 hours on site, for several rooms, a let, a small venue or a move-in. Anything bigger is quoted per room in writing and agreed before you book.
Does Laura do building work?
No. Style is styling, furnishing and decoration only: no building work, and nothing structural.
Can I change my mind after booking?
You have 14 days to change your mind after booking. See How booking works.
